12. Safety Management Measures for Personal Information
We always recognize the importance of ensuring the safety of personal information, and to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, we implement information security measures through education and other appropriate means as safety measures, making corrections as necessary. Contact-form submissions on the Site are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection and are then forwarded by email to our staff. We do not store the content of form submissions as a record on the Site's server. To prevent repeated submissions, we retain only a temporary, hashed record of the sender's IP address for a short period.
